Do you repair commercial appliances?
No, we do not repair commercial appliances. We specialize 100% in domestic and residential household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, gas/electric/induction cooktops, and microwaves). By focusing exclusively on residential homes, our vans are stocked with exact genuine domestic parts for faster turnaround times.
How does the online booking timeframe work?
When booking online on our Booking Page, you select your preferred date and window (Morning 8am–12pm, Afternoon 12pm–4pm, or Late Afternoon 4pm–6:30pm). As noted, this window is for reference purposes so we can plan our routes. Our dispatcher will contact you if we need to adjust timings to suit traffic conditions and ensure an on-time arrival.
Do your repairs include a warranty?
Yes! All our repair workmanship and genuine manufacturer replacement parts are fully backed by our warranty (up to 24 months depending on the appliance component). If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we will return and resolve it at zero labor cost to you.
